Business Development

 Business Development – New Business will take ownership of identifying, developing, and executing growth opportunities for Kollective’s new business initiative. This role involves crafting strategies, forging high-value partnerships, and driving sustainable revenue growth. You will be a key leader in scaling this new vertical, influencing the direction of the business, and ensuring its long-term success.

What you will do…

  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
  • Take full accountability for achieving revenue, partnership, and performance targets for the project.
  • Monitor and evaluate the project’s performance, creating regular updates to C-Level
  • Meet and exceed revenue and performance targets for the new business.
  • Set measurable KPIs and track the performance of the new business vertical.
  • Present progress updates, market insights, and strategic recommendations to the leadership team.
  • Collect and analyze data related to sales performance, customer behavior, and operational efficiency.

Qualification

  • 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategy roles.
  • Proven success in launching and scaling new business units, products, or markets.
  • Experience in the E-Commerce, E-Market, SaaS, or digital marketing industries is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing expertise, with a history of securing large-scale partnerships.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to create data-driven business cases.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
