- Understanding of client business goals and marketing objectives
- Running quantitative research and qualitative research groups; using a variety of market research and informative data to monitor cultural and social trends and their impact on consumers’ attitudes, behaviors and perceptions in the order to turning it into actionable consumer insights
- Identifying key challenge and opportunity of the client’s product and market to establish a winning strategy
- Analyzing the role and impact of various digital touch points and social media uses on client’s business and marketing strategies
- Analyzing and proposing key findings to develop insights and recommendations to drive marketing strategy
- Creating business solution strategy, branding communication strategy, IMC strategy, then presenting a well-informed strategic plans to the clients for an approval
- Finding the best solution way and research information to support the marketing strategy or business strategy or branding strategy include with creative idea development with creative team
- Presenting the strategy plan at both implementation and strategic levels to the team including creative team, media team, tech team with clearly defined brief
- Be a leader for internal meeting to ensure the entire campaign aligns with the strategy plan
- Working closely with supervisor and internal team to create impact strategic development for the company and prioritize the workload
- Familiar and keep pacing with digital content strategies, media strategies (online & offline) and digital channel strategies and trends

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or advertising fields required or higher.
- Minimum 1-3 years of digital marketing and/or brand marketing (for Junior Media Planner)
- Minimum 3-5 years experience of digital marketing and/or brand marketing (for Senior Media Planner)
- Possessing the ability to create a well-thought out, data-backed strategic plan of action for clients for campaigns and their always-on content
- Understanding of digital landscape and key measurement metric and able to suggest tracking mechanism to ensure business result of each proposal
- Deep understanding and strong working knowledge of social media platforms (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Google)
- Understanding measurement metrics for different type of campaign
- Experienced in digital campaign tools (Google Analytic, Facebook Ads. etc.) or has earned Digital certification as a plus.
- Strong presentation/communication skill is a MUST
- Solution-oriented, strong analytical skills, and highly responsible.
- Adaptable with start-up company culture and have a growth mindset.
- Excellent communication both in Thai and English.
