Creative Planner

Kollective are looking for a talented and innovative Creative Planner to join our team. This role is crucial in bridging strategy and creativity to deliver impactful campaigns that resonate with target audiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for brainstorming fresh ideas, crafting compelling narratives, and ensuring that all creative efforts align with the brand’s identity and goals.

What You’ll Do..

Campaign Planning and Ideation:

• Develop creative concepts and strategies for marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with clients, marketing teams, and designers to create impactful content ideas.
• Conduct brainstorming sessions to generate innovative solutions for brand challenges.

Market Research and Insights:

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviors to inform creative strategies.
• Gather insights to ensure campaigns address audience needs and preferences.

Content Development:

• Translate strategic objectives into engaging campaign narratives and messages.
• Provide creative direction for content across various platforms (digital, social media, print, events).

Project Coordination:

• Work closely with internal teams, including design, production, and marketing, to ensure the timely execution of campaigns.
• Present creative concepts and strategies to clients and stakeholders.

Who You Are.

• Proven experience in a creative or strategic role, such as Creative Planner, Content Strategist, or Campaign Manager.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in creative tools and platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
