- Develop and execute engaging content strategies tailored for TikTok to drive traffic and sales.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns specific to TikTok, including influencer partnerships and paid ads.
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with content creator teams to produce visually appealing videos that showcase products effectively.
- Analyze trends and consumer behavior on TikTok to inform marketing strategies.
- Monitor competitors and identify best practices in e-commerce.
- Use analytics tools to measure and report on performance, deriving actionable insights to improve future strategies.
- Provide regular updates on KPIs related to traffic, conversion rates, and sales.
- Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends and platform updates to leverage new features and opportunities.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years in e-commerce, digital marketing, or social media management, with a focus on TikTok preferred.
- Proficient in social media management and analytics tools.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g.,Shopee,Lazada,…) and ad management systems.
- Strong ability to create engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and engagement.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing trends and technologies.
