• Planing and Create Content VDO in TIKTOK Application.
• Monitor and process VDO in Tiktok Channel
• Be able to operate and monitor live session through platform seller centre, such as pin basket, create and distribute interactive voucher and promotional price adjustment during live session
• Provide adequate product information and be able to advice or recommend live audiences according to their concerns or questions
• Promptly respond to live audience and customer inquiry through chat feature on marketplace and social commerce platform
• Resolve customers’ concerns and answer customers’ questions with best ability
• Engage and respond to customer’s review on all platforms with appropriate set of reply
• Prepare product and customer reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

 What you’ll need:

• Diploma to Bachelor Degree or other equivalent
• Experience in conducting live streaming in social commerce platform especially TikTok 
• Familiar with live streaming backend and features in platform seller center
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Strong verbal communicator
• Personable and attentive
• Desire to express oneself and adapt on the spot.
• Positively think about “the possibility of seeking and changing to be better”
